While we strive to provide our shoppers an ultimate shopping experience, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your needs and so we offer a fair return policy.
Zapphir.com offers a full range of shipping options so you can get your orders when you need them. We use a combination of carriers, including RedEX, UPS, USPS and DHL to make this happen. We offer the following shipping rates:

Returns & Exchanges
Although we are sure you will love every product you order from us, we also know that sometimes, they might not be right. We are happy to help you out as much as we can when it comes to returning and exchanging your items.
US & Canada
We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges made within 30 days of your original order’s shipment date. All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached. Items are to be returned in their original conditions including packaging and tags.
The following items are eligible for return:
All other items are ineligible for return, except in instances where we have shipped you a defective item.
By choosing to return an item, you are agreeing to the below conditions:
• Items are to be received back at our facility within 30 days of your original order’s shipment date.
• To determine eligibility, visit your account before trying to initiate a return or an exchange.
• Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt at our facility.
• Eligible refunds can only be issued to your original payment method, or in form of a store credit.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error on your order.
• Exchanges can only be made for same items in a different size, color or pattern.
An item will be deemed not eligible for a refund if:
• If it is received after 30 days of your original order’s shipment date. The item may be eligible for store credit, at Our discretion. The does not apply to final sale items.
• The item is received in worn or damaged conditions.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
To initiate a return:
• In your account, select Returns and Exchanges.
• Select the order in question and check the eligibility window.
• The Returns and Exchanges button will be enabled for all eligible for returns.
• Fill in the returns questionnaire and enter a reason.
Once you have hit submit, we will review your request and email a shipping label if approved. Please make sure to include your original order invoice in your returns package. If misplaced, order invoices can be reprinted in your account.
Due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
