A. Orders can be placed online only. If you need help with your order please email us at email@example.com or use our contact us form.
A. The total cost of your order will include your item(s), applicable sales taxes, and shipping fees. Customs and duties will be charged for international orders (i.e. orders outside of Canada). Duty fees are administered by the individual authorities representing each international destination and are charged based on the order value. These custom and duties costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A. We do our best to restock sold out items, especially if they are in demand. When you fall in love with an unavailable item, click the “I’ve Got to Have It” button and you will be notified once the item becomes available. Also, you will be notified if sold out items in your Wishlist become available again.
